Wickham Hall, a luxury business complex with a history stretching back to the Domesday Book, wanted to raise its profile ahead of unveiling 20,000 sq ft of new commercial space. The goal was to attract ambitious businesses looking for flexible, high-quality space in a setting that combined heritage, wellness and modern convenience.

We worked closely with owner David Harvey and property agents Sworders to develop a clear brand identity and a set of key messages that captured the history and future of Wickham Hall. Rebranding was the starting point, creating a modern, professional image that reflected the quality of the location. From there, we built a targeted communications plan, supported by digital consultancy, to showcase the benefits of working from Wickham Hall. Media coverage highlighted its distinctive setting and facilities, while consistent key messaging positioned the site as an attractive base for ambitious businesses.

The rebrand gave Wickham Hall a sharper, more professional identity that matched its ambitions. Media coverage showcased the estate’s unique mix of location, heritage and amenities, delivering an ROI of more than 400 per cent. Crucially, the new profile helped ensure the additional office and retail units were fully let, establishing Wickham Hall as a recognised destination for businesses in Hertfordshire and beyond.
