Opera singer Rich Symons had a bold idea: singing lessons through an app – think Duolingo, but for singers. He knew the music, but not the marketing, and asked Strand to help turn his vision into a brand that would cut through and attract users.

We dug into Rich’s story, his career on the global stage and his vision for making singing accessible to everyone. From this, we shaped bold taglines and clear key messages that became the backbone of the brand. These were rolled out through new website content, striking creative and a structured ad campaign ahead of launch. To build momentum, we also generated media interest and secured radio coverage around the launch.

Symons Studio launched with a strong identity, clear messaging and early buzz. The app gave Rich a platform to reach new audiences and position himself not just as a performer but as an innovator in music education.
