The brief.
Cheap Storage Ltd, specialists in outdoor container solutions, had invested in a new website but found it wasn’t delivering enquiries. The content spoke to the wrong audience – people looking for “a bit more space” – when in reality their customers were businesses and individuals with serious storage needs.
The strategy.
We stripped everything back to the customer journey. A new website was designed and written to speak directly to the right audience, with clear, sharp messaging that focused on commercial and practical needs. We then rolled the same approach out across their sister company, creating consistency across both brands and ensuring every channel was geared towards conversions. A targeted print campaign in the local area added further visibility.
The point.
Enquiries increased by 600 per cent after launch, driving growth so fast that new containers had to be purchased to meet demand. By positioning the business correctly, we helped Cheap Storage Ltd attract the right customers, build a stronger reputation and generate sustainable growth.
