Case in point.
The Fox and Duck.
The brief.
When a new landlord took over The Fox and Duck, the pub’s reputation was at rock bottom. A damaging TV appearance had stuck, online perception was poor and bookings were thin. The pub needed more than visibility, it needed a new story.
The strategy.
We rewrote how the pub spoke to its audience. Every post, press release and platform update was shaped with intent. Clear, warm copy replaced defensive messaging. Storytelling brought everything to life. Seasonal campaigns were built around language that made people feel welcome, not sold to.
The point.
The change in language changed perception and perception drove action. The Fox and Duck went from reputational damage to a thriving local brand. Facebook followers grew from 50 to around 8,000, with reach increasing by 493 per cent. Instagram reach rose by 221 per cent, with top posts seen by nearly 200,000 people.
