The brief.
NEST, the government-backed pension provider, wanted to raise the profile of its People team by showcasing their achievements through industry awards. The aim was to secure external recognition, celebrate success and strengthen the organisation’s reputation.
The strategy.
We built a two-year awards calendar, identified the categories that best matched NEST’s objectives and gathered the right evidence to support each entry.
