Digital Account Executive.

You will join the team to strengthen digital marketing and paid search services.

As well as preparing strategies that maximise results, you will also be responsible for managing client budgets and overseeing the production of reports.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires you to identify and react quickly to opportunities, take advantage of new trends and, most importantly, deliver clear ROI on PPC spend for multiple client accounts.

The role:

  • Management of client PPC campaigns
  • Manage relationships with effective communication with key clients’ contacts to ensure high level of client service
  • Monthly reporting for clients in the form of effective, timely and high-quality reports as well as developing KPIs and performance reporting
  • Development and management of social media campaigns for clients using up to date research and techniques
  • Optimising campaigns with use of Google Analytics and other tools
  • Creating ad copy for social and PPC campaigns
  • Analysis of campaign results and reporting results to team members
  • Create strategies for new campaigns
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Keep up to date through research and training of current trends

Account Manager.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for your clients and must be confident and speak with authority on campaign activity and provide valuable advice and counsel.

The role:

  • Manage multiple client accounts
  • Develop positive working relationships with all client contacts
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Working closely with clients to develop strategies across digital and communications
  • Update internal project management software
  • Leverage technical tools and data to manage campaigns and exceed expectations
  • Clear and detailed upward and downward briefing to deliver tactical activities
  • Get to know your clients’ needs, work to anticipate them and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
  • Demonstrable experience of running comms/marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services delivered by Strand
  • Involved in pitching for new business and developing proposals

Copywriter.

In this role, you will be working in our editorial team to deliver quality content in a variety of formats, including (but not exclusively) press releases, online blogs, magazine features, email marketing campaigns and social media.

The role:

  • Work across a number of industries, delivering quality content in different formats
  • Be able to write in different tones for different clients and different outputs
  • Work closely with the Editorial Manager to develop content strategies
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Use online applications to manage campaigns and deliver results to clients
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts alongside the wider team
  • Research, prepare and conduct interviews
  • Liaise with the wider team to ensure consistency in promoting clients
  • Understand client needs, work to anticipate them and identify new business opportunities 
  • Prepare analysis and research where needed to support outputs
  • Administrative duties including reporting and file management
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of Strand, our services and industry
